Simply inform the original location of purchase** within 180 days of purchase and they will work with you to submit a claim and process a refund.

*Refund credits totaling the original invoice price of the claimed toilet will be applied to Kohler account of the location of purchase. End customers should obtain a refund or replacement directly from the original place of purchase. Toilets purchased on or after January 1, 2021 are not eligible to receive an install credit.
**Eligible locations include registered showrooms and wholesale counter locations with a valid Kohler Sold to Account Number.
